I head up Business Taxes at Shorts; this includes our Radius team that specialises in R&D tax reliefs.  I joined Shorts after a decade of providing advice at large national/international firms.

I am proud to have helped Shorts build one of the best specialist tax teams in the region, focused on providing proactive tax advice to our clients.

A Chartered Tax Adviser, I specialise in providing strategic corporate and personal tax advice. By understanding the objectives of businesses and their owners, I am able to draw on my extensive experience to advise on the most tax efficient ways to achieve their short and long-term aims.

Prior to joining Shorts, I headed up Corporate Tax for Yorkshire for an international firm and was a member of both the national R&D tax relief and international tax teams. I also have significant experience of advising on business disposals and acquisitions.
