I joined Shorts as a partner following 14 years experience working for BDO (Formerly PKF). I am focused on providing strategic advice to owner managed businesses, usually at the time when they require experienced support they can trust; at the time of a big business decision.

I have extensive experience of lead advisory assignments including business acquisitions and disposals, management buy outs / buy ins, fundraising, and financial modelling across a variety of sectors and a range of deal sizes. I have also undertaken a wide range of due diligence assignments for banks, venture capitalists, public sector bodies and acquisitive companies.

One of my key strengths is remaining level-headed under pressure, which means I can stay focussed on securing the best possible result for my clients.

Within the Praxity Alliance, I am an active participator in the Mergers and Acquisitions group, and recently played a key role in the development and creation of the Praxity M&A Hub expanding the reach of our clients in the global market.
