I love being able to speak honestly about the opportunities for growth and what it’s really like to be part of our firm.
I manage the full recruitment process—from writing job adverts and proactively reaching out to candidates, to arranging interviews and guiding applicants through each stage. I always start with an informal chat to get to know someone beyond their CV, and if it’s not the right time, I’ll often keep in touch for future opportunities.
