As the Learning & Development Manager at Shorts, I bring over 8 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that empower individuals and elevate teams. My role spans the full learning lifecycle—from identifying development needs across all levels of the business to creating and facilitating bespoke workshops and programmes that drive meaningful change.

I thrive on bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and creating spaces where learning is shared, inclusive, and energising. I’m especially passionate about supporting early-career talent. As the go-to person for our students, I work closely with them throughout their journey, ensuring they feel supported, challenged, and equipped to thrive. Whether it’s navigating personal development plans, training pathways, or exam preparation, I’m here to guide and champion their growth.

I view the employees of Shorts as my clients, and I’m committed to delivering a high standard of customer service in everything I do. My goal is to help everyone achieve their development goals or discover new ones through thoughtful, responsive, and tailored support.

My expertise lies in people development, coaching and digital learning with a strong focus on creating versatile content that resonates with diverse learning styles and is inclusive of all neurotypes. While I prefer face-to-face learning, where connection and energy and “aha” moments are at their peak, I champion the value of bite-sized digital learning that meets learners where they are, keeping development accessible, engaging, and continuous.

A firm believer in the power of feedback culture, I strive to create environments where open dialogue and continuous improvement are the norm. I see feedback not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for empowerment and upskilling.
